What to Have Ready
Four things make the first visit far more likely to be the only visit.
- The brand and model number. On a sticker inside the door, under the lid, or on the back panel.
- What the machine actually does. Does it fill? Agitate? Drain? Stop at a specific point?
- Any code on the display. Check it against our error code lookup first — you may not need us at all.
- Roughly how old it is. This decides whether a repair is worth doing.

Before You Call, Try These
We would rather lose a service call than take one you did not need. Three free checks solve a good share of faults.
- Unplug for three minutes, then plug back in. Clears the control board after a power flicker.
- Clear the drain pump filter behind the panel at the bottom front. See washer not draining.

Same-day when we have the slot, next-day when we do not. You get a real arrival window and a call about 30 minutes ahead, not a whole-day block.
Do you have a shop I can bring my washer to?
No. We are a mobile service and work in your home. That is deliberate — a shop never sees your hookup, and the hookup is the actual fault more often than people expect.
