Our Warranty and Guarantee

[90 days] on parts and labour, in writing, with the exclusions stated up front rather than buried.

What Is Covered

Every repair we complete carries a [90-day] warranty on both parts and labour, running from the date the work is finished.

If the same fault returns within that window, we come back and put it right at no additional charge. No second diagnostic fee, no second call-out.

What Is Not Covered

Stating this plainly is more useful than a warranty that sounds unlimited and then is not.

  • A different fault. If the pump we replaced is fine and the control board now fails, that is a new repair.
  • Misuse or overloading. Including non-HE detergent in a high-efficiency machine, which causes leaks and suds faults. See washer leaking water.
  • Power surges, freezing, flooding or pests. Storm-season board damage and frozen inlet valves are common here and are not defects in our work.
  • Work by anyone else afterwards. Once another technician has opened the machine we cannot warrant what we did.
  • Parts you supplied. We will fit them if you ask, but we cannot warrant a component we did not source.
  • Pre-existing wear elsewhere. We warrant what we replaced, not the rest of an aging machine.
  • Machines we advised replacing. If we recommended replacement and you asked us to repair anyway, the work is done at your risk and we will say so in writing.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Call (719) 601-2233 and say the fault has returned.
  2. Tell us the date of the original visit and the address. We keep records; your invoice helps but is not essential.
  3. Describe what the machine is doing now. This tells us whether it is the same fault or a new one.
  4. We schedule a return visit, usually with the same priority as any other call.
  5. If it is the same fault, there is no charge. If it turns out to be something different, we tell you before doing any work and you decide.

Our Wider Guarantee

We tell you when not to repair

Bearings on a sealed plastic tub, gearcase grease in the wash water, a control board on a machine past ten years. Those quotes routinely exceed half the price of a replacement, and we say so rather than taking the job. See repair or replace your washer.

We never leave a safety switch bypassed

A lid switch or door lock can be bypassed to make a machine run. We will not do it. A washer returned to service without a working safety switch is a hazard to whoever uses it next, most often a child.

The price you approve is the price you pay

Nothing is added after you have agreed a number. If a second fault appears mid-repair, we stop and ask.

Free advice stays free

If your problem is a blocked filter, the wrong detergent, or a machine that just needs a reset, we tell you on the phone and you owe us nothing.

Warranty Questions

How long is your warranty?

[90 days] on parts and labour from the date of completion. If the same fault returns within that period, we come back at no charge.

Does the warranty cover a different fault?

No. It covers the part we replaced and the work we did. A new fault elsewhere in the machine is a separate repair, and we will tell you honestly which it is.

Do I need my invoice to claim?

It helps, but we keep records. The date of the original visit and the address are usually enough.

What if my machine is still under manufacturer warranty?

Use it. Manufacturer coverage often runs longer on specific parts, particularly LG motors. Check your paperwork before paying anyone, including us.

Do you warrant parts I supply myself?

We will fit them, but we cannot warrant a component we did not source. Labour on that repair is also excluded.

What if you recommended replacement and I asked you to repair anyway?

We will do the work and put in writing that it falls outside the warranty. That way there are no surprises later.
